Bear Pair Valentine’s Day Card

This is the bear stamp I used on my parents Christmas cards – those I left white as polar bears. Sometime over the holidays, I saw someone else had colored the bears brown for a card – adorable.

So, I embossed the bears onto watercolor paper and gently watercolored them. The snow is even sparkly white watercolor (you can almost see it in the photo).

And, YES, this is the card I am sending to my parents for Valentine’s Day.

Supplies:  Stamps – Hero Arts, Penny Black, paper – Canson watercolor, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White, Stampin’ Up! Real Red, inks – Hero Arts Unicorn, VersaFine Onyx Black, ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Carmine Red (022), Light Gray (091), Wink of Stella clear, watercolors – Kuretake Gansai Tambi, Sakura Koi, embossing powders – Filigree Fine Art Powder white, Stampendous Detail clear, twine – MarkerPOP.
