Rainbow Floral Wreath Hola Card

Another small, square card – just the way things are cropping for me right now.

For years, I have seen Laura Bassen and Jennifer McGuire make rainbow cards.

I finally took the time to TRY. (I really have something else I should be working on, so this is pure procrastination!)

Cute, right??

After I got the wreath stamped, I had a difficult time finding a sentiment to fit in the middle (this was my 4th try). Silly me, HOLA should have been my first choice since Offspring3 is traveling in a Spanish speaking country right now.  (Te amo, chica!!  😉  )

Black and White Henna Floral Birthday Card

Beachy Ferris Wheel Father’s Day Card

Offspring3 gifted me this mini stamp set ages ago, and it still had not seen ink.

Father-in-law has lived within 15 miles of the beach his entire life…I bet he has fond memories of the ferris wheels at the closest beach towns. I’m hoping this will make him smile.

Golden Floral Mother’s Day Card

The Henna Elements stamp set was on my work table from yesterday’s project. Hmmm…did I use that set in the past for a Mother’s Day card for my mother-in-law? (scrambles to search files…) No, I did not!

This one took a while – masking with heat embossing takes extra time (for cooling, so I don’t ruin what I already embossed!). But I was patient, so it all worked out for me.

Cherry Floral Belated Birthday Card

Sunday afternoon, while ironing, I had the sudden epiphany that I had missed someone’s birthday. And I had less than an hour to make a card.

(Which, if you are wondering…an hour is plenty of time to make a beautiful card if the card you are working on has no deadline! If I am working a deadline, an hour isn’t enough because I make multiple errors along the way!  This is the 4th iteration of floral background!)

I did try to add some randomly placed gold sequins, but after 10 minutes and 2 different sizes of sequins, I was not happy with any arrangement. Less is more, right??

Camera Coffee Cup Valentine Card

This is the Valentine’s card for Offspring2.

I stamped and colored multiple cameras, to be die cut into a coffee cup.  The basement lighting is not the best for photos.

Floral Anniversary Card

I had this image to color, but I didn’t have the Copic colors to match the vision in my head. Luckily, I could make it work with colored pencils.

This card is a little different than most of my “circle main image” cards. This one, I cut the circle hole into the layer of purple, so the image is behind the purple instead of resting on top. The silver frame is on top of the purple.
