I die cut the volcano shape out of the teal paper, and inset the Copic colored volcano into the teal paper. I popped the pterodactyl up on some foam tape (hoping that it gives the perspective that he is flying way above the spewing lava).

This is for a good friend with a birthday in early October. Happy that I thought ahead. I usually scramble on September 29th to complete it and get it in the mail because “HOW DID IT GET TO BE THE END OF SEPTEMBER??!!”
My goal was really pale pinks and greens. I intentionally did not add color to the center of any of the flowers.
